Our Mission

Empowering Through Education, Skills, and Economic Opportunity

Siangiki’s mission is to uplift the lives of marginalized women—particularly those who have been caught in the restrictive cycles of early marriage, traditional gender roles, and limited educational opportunities. We do this by:

• Providing Skills Training: We offer courses in bead work, hairdressing, dressmaking, and other crafts, empowering women to hone their talents and create quality goods.

• Supporting Entrepreneurial Growth: Beyond craft skills, we equip women and men who have experienced setbacks in their education with the entrepreneurial tools they need to start, sustain, and scale their own businesses.

• Boosting Artisan SME’s: We empower local artisan enterprises by providing them with skills in business development, market navigation, and quality production to compete on a global stage.

• Championing Gender Justice: We stand alongside international partners, advocating for gender equality as a fundamental human right. We work tirelessly to dismantle barriers, challenge damaging stereotypes, and ensure women have equal access to education, finance, and networks.
